Fold - Resonant Threads

As part of the twelfth fold of «Resonant Threads», Tanzfabrik Berlin BÜHNE presents performances that use literary and autobiographical (migration) narratives from Eastern Europe to negotiate physical labour and old and new forms of family community: Which (patriarchal) social structures characterise us? And how should community be lived in the future? The relationship between voice, sound and body is also a theme of the current fold as a dynamic resonance tool and sometimes an effective political means of actively reflecting on the need for action and change in times of crisis.
