Silvia Remigio studied contemporary dance, ballet and hip-hop at Scuola delBalletto di Toscana. She currently works with Nicola Galli dance company (Italy). In Germany she worked in movie productions with choreographers Julia Fidel, Chris Jaeger and Enrico Paglialunga. For choreographer Chantal Kohlmeyer in the production “Credo”, Anja Kozik for ”Tanz weit draussen:mittendrin” and with Mey Seifan/Tanween company for the project “Double learning”. She´s the co-founder of monster A collective which produced the short dance movie “Separazione Naturale” screened in Europe and The Philippines, the duets “Has Someone Seen Tyler Durden”, "Grenzen" and “Traces of an offspring”. She is the recipient of the DIS-TANZ solo grant for her research "Mind Gears" and assistant choreographer of Enrico Paglialunga for the musical productions “Prinz von Preußen” (Theater Görlitz Zittau) and “The rocky horror show” (Landestheater Coburg). She teaches professional training and contemporary dance classes at Marameo e.V, Tanzfabrik Berlin, Dock11, Papillon, Danceworks education program (Berlin) and Profitraining at Freiburg, TanzWerk Kassel, Dance Company Theater Gießen.
