Workshop with Idan Yoav
In the frame of Oster Tanz 2016

This research workshop concentrates on understanding movement and the human body through the exploration movement patterns rooted in animalistic behaviour. With this approach, it aims to expand our awareness when moving and to create a deeper knowledge of our physicality, instincts, sensa-tions and textures. Through exercises and guided improvisation participants will be supported in a self-research process that focuses intensely on the use of their body in motion. This intense physical research is suitable for all levels, from professional dancers to people with no dance background.
