Make a journey into the deeper realms of yoga beyond exercise. Exploring the yogic use of sound (Nada Yoga) and the connection between body, breath, sound and movement, you will experience the effects of classical yoga practices on your body, mind and emotions and their power to transform your everyday life. Whether you are seeking to achieve balance and tranquillity or dynamism and empowerment, whether you wish to streamline your professional life or harmonise your relationship with your everyday environments, or if you’re looking for ways to deepen your spiritual practice, in this workshop you will get the tools to help you in your journey. Topics such as mantra, tantra, the chakras and many more will be presented in a practical and experiential way, clarifying the many myths surrounding them. This workshop will give you the tools to facilitate your personal evolution and increase your knowledge of yoga. No previous experience in yoga is required.
