Christa Flaig-Isaacs, dancer,  pedagogue, project manager. The focus of her dance work is research on movement qualities in African dance and the possible meaning, adaptation and transformation for non-African dancers. For 35 years she has organised training courses and co-organised festivals for dance and cultural exchange in Europe and Africa. Curator of the event series "SommerTanz", "WinterTanz" and "OsterTanz" and financial manager, member of the board of Tanzfabrik Berlin from 2007-18.

Bona Klara Ngoumou has been surrounded by music of various origins since young childhood. She is a singer and accompanies with guitar, kora or percussion. Her music is about self-experience/experience of others, about being black and being a woman, about healing and empowerment, about fantasy worlds and love. She is co-founder of the Berlin band 3Women. Her path led her from Yaoundé, where she grew up, via detours to Berlin, where she currently lives with her family. In addition to her artistic and musical activities, she works as a paediatrician and neonatologist at a children's hospital in Berlin.

Janos Crecelius, Djembe player and rhythm teacher from Berlin. He plays music in the circus, at theatres, in film and music productions, and works internationally with dancers, actors and musicians in various ensembles. His main passion is working with dancers and exploring the relationship between feelings, movement and sound together. At Tanzfabrik he has been performing for dance classes and workshops since the late 90s.
