Profitraining
with
Dario Rigaglia
The beginning of the class does not follow a specific program as its aim is to generate an intuitive relationship between the teacher and the natural behavior of each dancer. Throughout the development, the artistic research explores the triggers to open doors to different characteristics of movement. The initial warm up concentrates on the discovery and sensitivity of our body, starting from micro and macro movements, and with them analyzing quality, dynamism and thickness in order to establish a physical, emotional and mental awareness; everything will be consolidated with a technical work that takes root from the hip-hop, ballet and release technique of contemporary dance. In the second and final phase of the class dance phrases will be developed and from there diving in a guided improvisation with the aim of connecting the new born artistic research with the identity of the dancers.
