This class aids dancers in finding clarity, ease and expressivity within dynamic movement squecuences. Dancers are guided through an in depth warm up, followed by across the floor and centre work. Some basic principles explored include the mechanics of fluid weight shifting, awareness to movement initiation and an increase in comfort within the horizontal sphere. This class draws from elements of Klein Technique, Feldenkrais, Authentic Movement and Contemporary Ballet.
