Within the frame of »Remembering the Future - 40 Jahre Tanzfabrik Berlin« the lecture recalls moments of practical research and of unsettling and enlightening dance experiences within Tanzfabrik’s workshops.»Learning. Teaching. Dancing.« is Susanne’s radically subjective review and restaging of practices, exercises, and ideas taken from workshops and panel discussions. »Learning. Teaching. Dancing.« shares Tanzfabrik experiences from the perspective of a fan = amateur = lover.
Susanne Martin
Susanne Martin (PhD) performs, researches, teaches and publishes in the field of contemporary dance and artistic research. She focuses on improvisation and contact improvisation for the stage and educational contexts. Among other things, she is interested in how dance critically intervenes in our age(ing) culture and how dance improvisation influences the teaching and learning culture in universities. www.susannemartin.de
