Tuning with simple sequences based on Feldenkrais principles, to release extra tension (organize movement efficiently) and enrich individual patterns. Stimulate the parasympathetic system for meaningful and joyful learning of flow sequences (supporting by Axis Syllabus principles) that simply shift from structured to impro-exploration. Using images and Martin Buber’s philosophy for somatic approach and deep relationship with the environment. Unraveling from unnecessary patterns, we will shift into the second part that will open up to composition. Pouring this deep knowledge into the creation. Composing dances in real time, relating to the various options that were incorporated into the body and mind (and enriching the language and the communication.)
