Our cells are the smallest functional units of our body. They are highly dynamic structures that perform both internal and external functions. Their internal functions mainly concern biosynthesis and energy production for activities such as movement, molecular transport, electricity generation, information transfer and light emission. Their external service includes all processes through which a cell communicates with its environment and exchanges matter. We will come into contact with their map in order to orient ourselves and get an idea of their forms and functions. With anatomical views, movement, dance, visualization, touch and stillness we will explore their inner shape, variability and their dynamics in communication with each other. We synchronize with their vibration and allow their light to illuminate our exploration of movement.
