Core elements of this workshop are the creative power of togetherness and individuality. You will embark on a movement journey that meets the need to translate your own life experience into an artistic language. With the help of various tools and improvisational tasks, we will explore physical movements and intensities. With the aim of multiplying the aspects of everyday actions and rethinking their form, we will build and manifest a common history, a common world through movement into a choreographic outcome.
Accessibility NoteThe workshop will be conducted entirely in English. While some activities will involve partnering with physical contact, participants can opt out if they're uncomfortable. I'll incorporate a diverse range of music to enhance the experience. Throughout the workshop, we'll engage in coordination exercises, practice memorizing movement phrases, and delve into techniques to improve improvisation skills. The main goal is to help each individual achieve a higher level of proficiency in both improvisation and technique. Information about our location & studio access in Kreuzberg, which unfortunately are not wheelchair accessible, can be found
