After the murder of Jina Mahsa Amini, a Kurdish girl by the Iranian regime, a revolution is taking place in Iran and its surrounding countries led by women, trans and non-binary queer people.
Shahrzad and Ali will depict the oppression, pain, anger and the experience of living in such a tyranny through art. We'll also talk about this revolution. The conversation will shed light on the diversity and intersectional aspects of the revolution, create awareness on how people are subject to oppression in different degrees, and why this is indeed a feminist Revolution.
