Yin Yoga

Kurs with Jasmin Scepanik

Yin Yoga is a quiet and meditative practice, in which we hold the poses for a number of minutes in relative stillness. On a physical level we stimulate our connective tissues and fascia, gently dissolving deep lying tension whilst moistening the joints and encouraging healthy mobility and ease in the body. On a mental level we are invited to cultivate an attitude of inquiry and gentle attention to what is going on. The practice teaches us to track our sensations and emotions - wheather pleasant or challenging - with care, generosity and patience, and ultimately increases our capacity to hold ourselves and our
experience of life.

Please make sure to bring warm enough clothing.

Jasmin Scepanik

Jasmin has been teaching yoga since 2013. She has trained extensively, amongst others, with Sarah Powers (Yin Yoga), Nancy Jovanovic and Detlev Alexander (Vinyasa Yoga). Jasmin has completed a training in Body-Mind Centering® with Nina Wehnert and is passionate about bodyoriented approaches to (psycho)therapy and diverse somatic practices. Besides yoga Jasmin offers embodied, systemic coaching and holds workshops on embodiment.
