Installative Performance for one visitor at a time · Berlinpremiere by Milla Koistinen, Paul Valikoski, Ladislav Zajac
In the frame of The Last Open Spaces?

«Terrain» is an immersive installation; a contemplative walk by choreographer Milla Koistinen, musician Paul Valikoski and artist Ladislav Zajac. Together with the world premiere of «DRANG» by Sergiu Matis, the Berlin premiere of «Terrain» shapes the opening weekend of Tanzfabrik Berlin's «Open Spaces» festival at Radialsystem.

Following a subtly initiated route, visitors* move through a landscape that combines visual-acoustic elements from nature and urban space. Balancing silence and action, they have time to linger and move on. But also to get lost and find their way again. «Terrain» is created together with the visitors. They are invited to move, to observe, to rest, to follow traces and to leave their own in the space. In this way, a new, individually shaped «Terrain» is created with every entry.
