Alan Fuentes Guerra, a Mexican dancer and educator, received his dance training at the Academy SEAD Salzburg/Austria, in the post-graduate program BODHI Project and at the EPDM in Mazatlán, Mexico, where he received his bachelor's degree in contemporary dance. He currently lives in Berlin, Germany and is doing research in the field of improvisation and theater. After graduating he had the opportunity to gain performance experience with various choreographers and companies including pieces by Marion Sparber / Tanzherbst Kempten + Alps Move Festival, Ralf Jarochinsky / TanzHerbst Kempten , Christine Gouzelis / New York, Sita Ostheimer / Tel Aviv, Etienne Gilloteau / Tirol Festival, Cecilia Lugo + Miguel Mancillas / Mexico. Alan taught and teaches at the following schools and festivals: Kirov and St. Petersburg (Russia), Tanzfabrik Berlin, Dock 11 (Berlin), Marameo (Berlin), TanzRaum Wedding (Berlin), Cyrkulacje Festival (Poland), Profitraining Freiburg (Germany), Espacio ZM (Sevilla, Spain), C.C.
